Tara West

Tara West

President

Tara West currently serves as the President of Community Supporting Community (CSC). She truly believes in the benefits- physically, mentally and emotionally- that can arise from volunteering while also actively participating in mental health treatment that she is very passionate about the mission of CSC.

Tara is licensed independently as a social worker (LICSW) and obtained her Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from Smith College. She is one of only a few certified in New Hampshire as a Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist (TF-CBT). Tara also volunteers as a Professional Conduct Investigator with the NH Board of Mental Health.

Aside from her professional experiences, Tara likes to spend her free time outside, gardening, biking or hiking- staying busy with her family is important to her.

Stephanie

Stephanie Harris

Vice President

Stephanie Harris has served on the Community Supporting Community Board of Directors since 2020; most recently as the Vice President. Before serving as Vice President, Stephanie served as the Secretary on the CSC board.

Stephanie is a Vice President, Controller at BankProv where she oversees the financial reporting and daily financial operations of the bank. She has worked at BankProv since 2012.

Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Western New England University and her MSA from Southern New England University. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time at the beach and traveling.

Kimberley Bryant

Treasurer

Kimberley Bryant currently serves as the Treasurer on the Community Supporting Community Board of Directors. She has served on the CSC board since 2020. Prior to Kimberley joining the CSC board she served as a board member on the West Springfield Federal Credit Union Board of Directors from 2011 to 2018.

Kimberley is a Financial Accounting Supervisor at TJX Companies, Inc. in Framingham, Massachusetts. She is responsible for supporting the Corporate entity Profit & Loss and oversee the fixed asset accounting for the Corporate entity and U.S. domestic divisions. Before joining TJX, she spent 10 years within public accounting at PwC and KPMG in the Assurance practices serving large accelerated filers in the manufacturing and technology industries.

Kimberley earned an MSA and Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Western New England University.

Outside of work, Kimberley enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and getting outdoors with her dogs.

Andrea Cotone Robbins

Andrea Cotone Robbins

Board Member

Andrea Cotone Robbins is a licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC) in NH, a wife, a mother to three young children, and a community member who is passionate about happiness and success within our society.

Andrea became a board member with CSC because she believes strongly in the mission to improve our community on both an individual and collective level through mental health treatment and volunteer opportunities.

Andrea brings more than 10 years of experience in the mental health field as well as practical and professional clinical guidance. As a community member herself in southern NH, she is excited to be a part of greater positive change!

Heather Austin

Heather Austin

Board Member

Heather Austin currently serves as a voting member on the Community Supporting Community (CSC) Board of Directors. She has served on the CSC board since 2020.

Heather is an Academic Advisor in the College of Liberal Arts at the University of New Hampshire. Before her role at UNH, Heather worked for the Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE) as well as various NGOs across Latin America.

Heather earned an MA in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys gardening, snowboarding and spending time with family and friends.

Lauren Rosenzweig

Lauren Rosenzweig

Secretary

Lauren Rosenzweig currently serves as a voting member on the Community Supporting Community (CSC) Board of Directors. She previously served as a board member and committee chair on the Board of Directors for Connections Peer Support Center, and currently holds a member position on the Protection and Advocacy for Individuals with Mental Illness (PAIMI) Program Advisory Council for the Disability Rights Center. In addition, Lauren brings ten years of professional experience working in community mental health as a certified peer specialist.

Lauren currently works full-time as an Academic Advisor for Southern New Hampshire University and continues to work per diem as a certified peer specialist at Seacoast Mental Health Center. She received a dual degree from Keene State College in Sociology and English.

Lauren strongly believes the power of community and relationships can improve the mental wellness of individuals; “When ‘I’ is replaced with ‘we,’ illness becomes wellness!” -Malcolm X

When Lauren is not advocating for mental health improvement, she enjoys spending time with family and her two cats, traveling, and meditating.
